Stephen Bouch is a former Chief Court Executive Officer and national and international consultant to justice systems and both for-profit and not-for-profit business organizations. He has served at almost every executive level position within the state judiciary over his 42-year career.
He has served on the faculty of the National Judicial College, the Institute for Court Management, and is currently on the adjunct faculty of Michigan State University’s graduate program in court administration. He received his BA from California State University, San Jose. He is a graduate of the Court Executive Development Program of the National Center for State Courts. He received his mediation training from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
His national and international consulting experience has focused on strategic planning, leadership development, process reengineering, technology planning and deployment, capacity development in emerging democracies, caseflow management, research-based practices in criminal and juvenile justice, and human capital development.
