Jan Bouch

If justice is the philosophical theory by which fairness is administered, every culture, every organization, and every person understands and defines fairness differently. Fairness is an experience. It is also perception.

In the many years that I have worked with organizations, I often hear statements such as “there is favoritism in hiring”; we know who will get this promotion”; “managers have their favorites”; I don’t complain because they wouldn’t do anything about it”.

I’m passionate about justice and committed to the assurance that our system of checks and balances remain transparent and unencumbered. In all my work and those of the Justice Coaching Center associates, our coaching and consulting focus is devoted to helping individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve their goals. We help individuals and organizations get clear on their values, and then commit to activities and decisions that are in alignment with those values.

Ready to get started? I'm waiting for your call.

At some point in our lives, we all likely think about what we would do if we had a do-over opportunity. I’m no exception.

Donald Trump recently and publicly tweeted that he is against domestic violence. Since the opposite of against is approval, this position seems like a logical no-brainer. It is also a perfect example of binary thinking.
